Earp-a-palooza is only made possible by the numerous volunteers who contribute. Our Earp-a-palooza volunteers are more than appreciated!  Check out the list of volunteer opportunities below and fill out the form to the best of your ability. You will be contacted by our volunteer director to follow through with our selection and interview process. Please note that applying does not guarantee that you will be a volunteer. We receive a large number of applications and can only choose the applicants that best fit our needs for the convention. We appreciate everyone's willingness to help. 

The application will be open from August 10th through November 1st. Once the application is closed, we will begin our interview process and you will be contacted to schedule a time to meet virtually or over the phone with our Volunteer Director. 

Volunteer Positions:

Earp-a-palooza has a variety of volunteer opportunities available. Please note that we are looking for volunteers who are flexible and willing to help in all areas. Your chances may be higher if you are willing to volunteer in different areas, not just a specific area. Take a look below to see some of the possible positions you could help in:

ASL Interpreters (must have proof of experience)

Photography/Videography (must have proof of experience and own camera equipment)

Security (must have proof of experience)

All volunteers will be placed on a rotation and will only be required to do a maximum of four (4) hours. You can offer to do more, if you'd like. You will also be provided with an exclusive ‘volunteer’ t-shirt, so you can be identified by attendees. Due to liabilities, the minimum age for volunteering is 18. 


All volunteers who volunteer four (4) or more hours in a single day will be given a free 3-day pass to the convention for that day. If you volunteer four (4) or more hours on each day of the event, you'll be given a 3-day pass for the entire weekend. Access given to volunteers does not include any tickets for autographs, photo ops, VIP events, or separate ticketed events.  

*Please note that being a volunteer does NOT give you backstage access to the cast members nor does it give you access to crew only areas.  Earp-a-palooza is not responsible for travel, parking OR hotel accommodations of volunteers.
