Earp-a-palooza 2019 had some great vendors, and we can't wait to have more at Earp-a-palooza 2022. Again, we only have limited tables available so we unfortunately won't be able to accept everyone. We will accept applications based on what we feel fits best with Earp-a-palooza. This decision is at the sole discretion of Earp-a-palooza staff. 

Applications open August 10, 2022. Application will remain open until our spaces are filled. Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by a staff member to follow up and if accepted, you'll be given a link to purchase the vendor pass.  



  • $300

Vendor fee includes:

  • One (1) general admission pass to the convention 

  • Two (2) vendor badge stickers to have access to vendor set up times, etc. 

  • Early access to con and vendor area to set up

  • One (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs 

Vendor fee DOES NOT include:

  • Access to restricted areas during the con

  • Access to autographs, photo ops, or separate ticketed events, etc. 

*The vendor fee of $300 ONLY covers the general admission of ONE person. You will be given an extra badge sticker for anyone you need to help at your table, but that person will need their own admission badge for the weekend. 


  • Vendors will have access early on Thursday or Friday to setup their tables. Official times TBD. 

  • Once we receive your application, a staff member will reach out to you.

  • If accepted, you will be directed to the payment page. All payments must be made within 30 days of acceptance. 

  • All vendors must comply with Ohio sales and use tax laws.  

  • All work must be original and not violate any copyright/licensing laws.

  • All work must be PG13 - no sexually graphic artwork, please.

  • All vendors must comply with the Earp-a-palooza terms and conditions.
