Earp-a-palooza 2018 had some great vendors, and we can't wait to have more at Earp-a-palooza 2019. Again, we only have limited tables available so we unfortunately won't be able to accept everyone. We will accept applications based on what we feel fits best with Earp-a-palooza. This decision is at the sole discretion of Earp-a-palooza staff.

Cost:

  • $100

Vendor fee includes:

  • Two (2) vendor stickers

  • Early access to con and vendor area to set up

  • One (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs 

Vendor fee DOES NOT include:

  • Regular convention passes

  • Access to restricted areas during the con

  • Access to autographs, photo ops, or separate ticketed events, etc. 

*The vendor fee of $100 ONLY covers the vendor table. It does not include access to the convention. All vendors are required to also purchase a regular convention pass. The vendor fee is good for two persons at your table, but both persons must also have a regular convention pass. 

PLEASE READ:

  • Vendors will have access early on Friday to setup their tables. Official times TBD. 

  • Once we receive your application, a staff member will reach out to you.

  • If accepted, you will be directed to the payment page. All payments must be made within 30 days of acceptance. 

  • All vendors must comply with Missouri sales and use tax laws. Information will be provided to you. 

  • All work must be original and not violate any copyright/licensing laws.

  • All work must be PG13 - no sexually graphic artwork, please.

  • All vendors must comply with the Earp-a-palooza terms and conditions.
