What is a photo op? We're glad you asked! A photo op is a photo experience that allows you to take professional photos with the cast member of your choice, or even a certain duo, trio, or group that is offered! With each photo, you will receive a printed 8"x10" photo, with the option of purchasing your photo in a digital format.

 

Photo Ops will be sold on the Celeb Photo Ops website prior to the event, as well as on the day of the event at the photo sales table. We advise purchasing all your desired photo ops before the convention, since photo ops can sell out. 

​Please be aware of the following: 

  • Ticket to convention is required.

  • Please print your ticket or have it available on a mobile device. You will need to present it at the Sales & Redemptions table at the show for physical tickets.

  • Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled photo op.

  • Only 2 adults and up to 3 kids per purchased photo op ticket. 

  • Tickets are refundable until the Wednesday prior to the show; please contact Celeb Photo Ops if you need a refund. After that, tickets are non refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation.

  • Photo-op tickets are swappable and upgradeable on your confirmation page.

  • Add on's such as digital versions or extra prints are not specific to any photo, you can use them on any you like. They are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Photo ops are NOT considered meet and greets. 

  • Please be respectful to the guests in the photos.

  • No recording devices allowed in the photo op station.

  • Please follow all directions given by volunteers and staff.

EARP-A-PALOOZA PHOTO OP RULES & BEST PRACTICES: 

Due to COVID policies, we have implemented some rules and best practices for all fans to follow when taking photo ops with our guests. 

There will only be (2) two adults and up to (3) three children allowed per photo op. 

  • No picking up talent

  • No cheek kissing

  • No face to face / forehead to forehead

  • No lying on floor

  • No asking guest to put on shirts/jackets, etc.

  • Keep props to minimum

  • No gifts

  • Keep poses COVID friendly

  • Guests reserve the right to say no to your pose idea

  • Agents & handlers in the booth also have the right to say no to inappropriate pose suggestions

*VIP Unicorn badge holders will receive a voucher for ONE duo or single photo op. Deputy Marshal badge holders will receive a voucher for ONE single photo op. These photos will need to be pre-selected prior to the event to ensure we have time and photos available for everyone. You will receive an email from us when the time comes to choose your photo.
