Forum Rules and Guidelines
First and foremost - this is a place where only positivity is accepted. Any negative posts, or posts that are rude, condescending, or dismissive toward any other person will be deleted immediately. We've created this space to help Earpers who are attending the convention to meet others who are also attending. We don't want anyone feeling like they're going to this convention alone. Let's lay some ground rules: Becoming a member: 1. To post on the site, you will need to become a member. 2. Choose a fun username, but please refrain from anything obscene or offensive. 3. Please do not make multiple accounts. 4. Choose an avatar photo, but again...nothing obscene or offensive. Communication: 1. Positivity only. 2. Follow our terms and conditions on behavior. 3. Represent what it means to be an Earper - be kind, inclusive, funny, nice, silly, loving, etc. 4. No spam. It will be deleted. 5. Trolling - just don't do it. 6. DON'T POST IN ALL CAPS. (Do you see how annoying that is?) 7. No promoting yourself, your brand, your designs, etc. It's okay to share your Twitter name, but do not post links from your Redbubble account, etc. 8. No posting links from outside websites. No exceptions. 9. Stay on topic. If you have ideas for different discussion topics, let us know by Tweeting us or messaging us on the contact page of our website. 10. Listen to the admin. We just want to continually make sure that this stays a safe and inclusive space. 11. Don't ruin it for everyone - we will shut down the forum if things get out of control. 12. Please report any violations to the admin. 13. If any of these rules are violated, you will be warned to stop. If it continues, you will be banned from posting in the forum. **The admin of this forum has the right to add or make changes to these rules as we see fit.
